Launching Eco-Bricks as a way to recycle...
The Eco Committee have today launched the Eco Brick project to show all of the school how easy it is to turn plastics into something useful for building with.
The long term aim is to take high quality high density bricks and plan a community project which we can all contribute towards. In the meanwhile please hold on to your finished eco bricks and register them at Geo Bricks.com. Look out for any projects calling for completed bricks or why not have a go at making your own build using your collection?
Remember a good quality Eco brick is around 0.33 g/ml so keep packing them tightly. We are aiming to use 500ml bottles to being with but you can use any bottle that you regularly have in your home.
