Maths: 

Year 6: The live Maths lesson will start at 9.30am. Today's lesson is - Unit 8 Percentages lesson 6. Complete the pages from your practice book. Self mark your work, correcting any answers the best you can. 

Year 5: The live Maths lesson will start at 10.30am. We will be doing Lesson 1Unit 9- Fractions 2. Complete the pages from your practice book and self mark your work, correcting any errors the best you can.

English: Your live lesson today at 8.45am is a spelling lesson. We will be learning about some words that have double consonants and working out how we know when a word is spelt with a double consonant. After our lesson, complete the following tasks:

1. Follow this link to a lesson from the Oak Academy that will help you to further use and apply the double consonant spelling rule.

2. Make sure your spelling quiz on Purple Mash is complete and handed in.

3.Complete the cross word and word search below.

4. Can you practise spelling double consonant words by playing this game:

BIG Maths: Practise your timestables using Multiplication Monster on Purple Mash, or try some of these other games.

Choose a skill you need to practise on Daily ten.  Y5  use level 5.  Y6, use level 6.  If you find it too easy or too hard, adjust to the next level up or down.  Allow yourself at least 15 seconds to jot down your answers or choose manual if you need more time.

Practise your times table skills using multiplication skills on Purple Mash.

Practise your quickfire addition skills on hit the button.  Choose number bonds and doubles.

Try RangeArranger and choose to include decimals to place in order.

 Practise finding fact families by playing Number Fact Families.

 Try place value millionaire.
