Computing week 6

I can add interactive user features to a scene or story.

Interactive means the user is able to become involved by controlling some aspect of the animation. Take a look at the attached file in the Share Point Link below, the ‘Haunted House 6 - Complete’ Scratch file press one of the arrow keys to demonstrate the added features.

Spend some time deconstructing the code to gain an understanding of how to create your own. Look at the sprites that have been added and examine the code, checking whether you can explain the job of each block in the script.

Can you add interactive user features which are visible when required? Use the Activity Sheets.

Once you have finished your final interactive story, could you send it to us using Teams or via email? Share screen shots on Purple Mash if this isn't possible and tell me what has been your greatest successes? We will try and share some examples at the end when we are all back in class.
