Maths: 

Year 6: The live Maths lesson will start at 9.30am. We will be doing lesson 8 Unit 7- decimals, Complete the pages from your practice book ( your new one if you have it at home). Self mark your work, correcting any answers the best you can.

You may find a place value grid useful for helping you to work out decimal questions. Click here to find one to help you with your work.

Year 5: The live Maths lesson will start at 10.30. We will be doing Lesson 2 Unit 8. Complete the pages from your practice book and self mark your work, correcting any errors the best you can.

English: Today you will be writing the second paragraph of your story. Following on from our live lesson today, describe your habitat as a contrast to the opening paragraph that describes the zoo. Here, you should start to introduce the main character and how they feature in the story too.

1. Read the lesson presentation about how the number system worked.

2. Choose a 1,2 or 3 star sheet to complete ( see the document below) based on how much you understand the number system.
