Maths: 

Year 6: The live Maths lesson will start at 9.30am. We will be doing lesson 5 Unit 7- decimals, Complete the pages from your practice book ( your new one if you have it at home). Self mark your work, correcting any answers the best you can.

You may find a place value grid useful for helping you to work out decimal questions. Click here to find one to help you with your work.

Year 5: The live Maths lesson will start at 10.30. We will be doing Lesson 9 Unit 7. Complete the pages from your practice book and self mark your work, correcting any errors the best you can.

English: Following on from our live lesson at 8.45am today, have a go at completing this comprehension activity about Roald Dahl.

Science: Today you will be learning about how humans digest food. Follow this link to the Oak Academy to watch the lesson and complete the tasks. Have a pen and paper at the ready to answer the questions.

Next, look at the short lesson slides below and use the information to complete the diagram- labelling each part of the digestive system and the function it performs.

Just for fun: Why not try making your own picture of the digestive system- you could make it life-size and use different materials such as tissue paper to represent different organs.
