Dear Ruby Parents

We're hoping that you all have a lovely summer break and will be ready for the new start in September. Below you can download some packs that will help keep your child busy and engaged in their learning over the long summer break.

Best wishes

Hello children and grownups of Ruby Class,

This is where you will find all your daily online work while we are all off school.

Each day you will find your tasks to be completed. We expect you to do all your maths and English tasks and to participate in our live lessons each day. There is also the work that we would be completing in the afternoons on each daily page. See the links on our page to other subjects for further activities. There are some Collective Worship Services,  our Christian Values at home activities, prayer space ideas and the Picture News website link here. Go to our Wednesday page for a Picture News virtual assembly.

Please make sure you do some phonics, reading and writing every day. There are the spellings, maths and other activities on Purple Mash for you to do. Reading books for your child have been allocated in Active Learn.

You can email us via Purple Mash with any queries, or upload photos of work as an attachment and also send it as an email via Purple Mash. Please could reception children can upload their work via the 'Evidence Me' app.

Keeping active is very important and there are P.E. sessions for you to do on Mondays and Fridays. Please click this link for some more fun P.E. ideas to be done at home.

We have added the Ruby Class timetable so you can see our week in school.

Thank you.

Mrs Durnall, Miss Mawby, Mrs Phipps and Mrs Wilson
