Welcome to home learning in Ruby class. These are suggestions and it is really up to you to decide what is best for your child.
Ideally every day you should read together. Reception and Year 1 children are still embedding their phonic knowledge for fluency so practise the sounds each day as well as the high frequency words (red / irregular words).
Maths and English can come through every day activities, especially when linked through your child's play.
Mornings are best for focus and attention, leaving the afternoons to pursue their interests and topic learning projects.
Try to take good care of yourselves with regular exercise and opportunities for mindfulness and relaxation too.
