English: In today's live lesson at 8.45am, we will be reading screen 6 of the e book together; we will be exploring the topic of blood donation. You will be asked to consider the following statement:
You will have the chance to share your ideas and look at the arguments for and against this statement. Your follow up task is to plan and write a speech based on your own views ( use the planning sheet below before you write).
I know how much you enjoyed our debate lesson last time, so on Friday we will be debating this statement live on Teams. Be prepared with your speech- you know how important it is to support your ideas with evidence so add some facts and back up stories to support the points you make.
