Year 5: The live Maths lesson will start at 10.30. Today we are starting Unit 8- Fractions. Complete the pages from your practice book and self mark your work, correcting any errors the best you can.
English: Using the ideas from the live lesson today, write an opening paragraph for your own flashback story based on the Eye of the Wolf. Remember to include the following:
-Write from the perspective of your chosen animal character in first person and present tense.
-Describe the zoo setting using powerful adjectives and ambitious vocabulary.
-Add extra detail and description by using a relative clause.
-Use semi-colons, colons or dashes to separate or link clauses.
