Learning Objective: To make predictions of what might happen in the 'Maximus and the Beanstalk'.
What do you think is going to happen?
What do we already know?
The book is allocated on Active Learn for you to read, please do not read past page 21.
As I would like you to make predictions of what might happen and we will finish the book together in the live session on Tuesday.
Once you have read to page 21, think about what has just happened? Is it the same as the Jack and the Beanstalk story we read last week? What is the same and what is different?
Year One and Two - Write predictions about what might happen next and at the end of the story.
What happens next?
What happens at the end?
Challenge: See if you can use conjunctions 'but' and 'so' within your writing.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
