Following on from our live lesson input today, choose an image of Africa from the pictures below. You can choose between 'Grey Africa' ( city), 'Yellow Africa (desert) or 'Green Africa' ( Rainforest). Using the input from the live lesson, write a paragraph describing the setting you have chosen from the point of view of the wolf. Think about:
-Adding extra detail and description through relative clauses, adverbials and adjectives.
-Starting your sentences in a variety of ways, e.g. 'ing' clauses.
-Thinking about different senses- what can the wolf see, hear, feel, smell etc.
-Write in 1st person ( I, me) from the wolf's perspective.
Extra challenge: Using the same setting, write another paragraph from the point of view of the boy. Consider how it might be different from his point of view.
