English: We will be working through a comprehension text together online from Cracking Comprehension today. Please complete the comprehension activity found below and self mark using the mark scheme. Then upload your work to Purple Mash.

Maths:

Year 5: We are starting a new unit in Maths this week. I have allocated you the pages on Active Learn. Please complete the next page from the practice book when asked to do so.

 

Year 6: We are continuing with fractions and you have been allocated the pages on Active Learn. Please complete the next page from the practice book when asked to do so.

 

All work should be self marked and uploaded to Purple Mash.

Science: I have pre recorded a Science lesson today about irreversible changes. Follow the instructions on this Sway document. If possible, have a go at completing the experiment. You may need to ask an adult to help you find the correct equipment so make sure you are prepared. If you can't complete the experiment, don't worry, there are plenty of other tasks for you to do.

Upload any of your Science work to Purple Mash.

Rotary Club photograph competition: I have spoken to Year 6 children about the rotary photo competition this morning. If you are interested in entering, please find the details on the poster below. Parents should have been sent an email today with details of how to enter.
