While you are waiting, try the reading activity from Oak Academy. Allow about 30 minutes.
We are going to continue looking at Antony Browne's book Into the Forest. Today, the focus is still on answering questions. To find the lesson from Oak Academy, please click here.
Let's think
Today, we are going to practise our writing skills. On the lesson online with Mrs Watkin, we are going to look at a picture and practise writing some sentences together. If you are able to, open a separate purple mash tab and look at the document think and write 22nd January. Then we can write together and see everyone's ideas at once. Don't worry if you can't open it, you can write on paper and share your ideas that way.
To do
When the live session has finished, your independent task is to write a paragraph about the picture below.
Then maybe add a couple more sentences to finish your story off.
Today's Maths lesson can be found in your text book and practice book.
Live lessons: Y4 at 10:30 and Y3 at 11:15 live online.
Join us to go through the text book section together then complete your practice book independently.

Y3 Unit 6 Lesson 4
You will find the answers here and can mark them yourself then upload to purple mash if you are not sure about anything.
This term, we are continuing to learn about Scratch programming. Remember you can download the free scratch programme (check with your grown-up).
Try the second project - imagine a world.
Unfortunately not the ones with chocolate chips.
