Welcome to our Well-being page!
Here are some ways that we can look after our general well-being and ensure that we are taking good care of ourselves.
For starters, see if you can do at least six of the following every day!
We will be posting tasks regularly on our topic of Well-being/Emotional Literacy to help to keep you busy.
Below is a link to the ELSA ( Emotional Literacy Support Assistant) website. Here you will be able to sign up for free and have access to many of the free/paid resources that are currently available.
Below are some links to a range of ELSA tasks that would be good for you to look at and work through if you would like to.

This is also a wonderful clip of beautiful, relaxing music that most of you have listened to before in the classroom during some of our lessons. Please click on the link below. It could be used to have on in the background, whilst you are working on whichever task you choose to work on from above, or just to simply watch and listen. It runs for approximately 3 hours and it is one of our favourites to listen to. Have a look/listen and see what you think.
Here are some more well-being activities for you to have a go at today:
We hope you are all managing to stay safe and keep well!
Below are some more activities for you to have a look at and to have a go at working on today or in the next few days. There is a worry tree included within the resources as it is natural that we all worry at some point or another and this worry tree poster shows you how to make a plan to help you to deal with the worry. If you feel that it is a big worry then please chat to one of your grown ups to help you to feel better about it. Always remember - 'A problem shared is a problem halved' This means that the worry will hopefully become a lot smaller when you share it with someone else and on many occasions - it will disappear altogether!
