Big Maths

You will find your safe maths challenges on a document emailed to you on purple mash.  We are on week 6.   You will need this document every week.  Complete on the sheet or on a piece of paper then check your answers and upload to purple mash.

Use the links below to practise different skills. 

Choose a skill you need to practise on Daily ten.  Y3, use level 3.  Y4, use level 4.  If you find it too easy or too hard, adjust to the next level up or down.  Allow yourself at least 15 seconds to jot down your answers or choose manual if you need more time.

Practise your times table skills using multiplication skills on Purple Mash.

Practise your quickfire addition skills on hit the button.  Choose number bonds and doubles.

Try multiplication tile crash.  If you want to enter your name in the top ten scores for the day, use a pretend name like Superdog,

Try comparing numbers on a numberline.  Start off by comparing numbers to 10 and then move up the levels as you get confident.  Remember to look carefully at the divisions on a number line and think what each small space is worth.
