Year 5: The live Maths lesson will start at 10.30am. We will be doing Lesson 10 Unit 9- Fractions. Complete the pages from your practice book and self mark your work, correcting any errors the best you can.
English: Today's live lesson at 8.45am will be looking at words ending in the suffixes 'tious/cious'.After the lesson, complete the following tasks independently:
1. Remind yourself of the two different suffixes by watching this short BBC Bitesize clip here and complete the activity.
2. Complete the 2star worksheet found below:

3. Play the game 'tious/cious' that has been allocated to you on Active Learn.
4. Fill in the correct 'tious/cious' word on the dictation sheet found below.
5. When you are confident and ready, complete the Purple Mash spelling quiz.
BIG Maths: Practise your timestables using Multiplication Monster on Purple Mash, or try some of these other games.
Choose a skill you need to practise on Daily ten. Y5 use level 5. Y6, use level 6. If you find it too easy or too hard, adjust to the next level up or down. Allow yourself at least 15 seconds to jot down your answers or choose manual if you need more time.
Practise your times table skills using multiplication skills on Purple Mash.
Practise your quickfire addition skills on hit the button. Choose number bonds and doubles.
Try RangeArranger and choose to include decimals to place in order.
Practise finding fact families by playing Number Fact Families.
