Hi Everyone,
Here are some static seated balances for you to try inside (the weather is terrible today isn't it?!) from our REAL PE unit that we use at school. I can't share the videos unfortunately but you can read the skills descriptions and see how far through the colour challenges you can get. The order of the challenges increases in difficulty starting with yellow, green, red , blue, pink, black. See how far you can get and set yourself a new personal best. Try and beat your first attempt by practising the skills. I'd love to see you having a go, so take a picture and upload it to your files on Purple Mash or just email me and tell me which colour challenge you made it to!
